the day has finally arrived.
before the pitching starts which was at 3 pm , we rushed to finish everything we have yet to settle like the printings and touching up of storyboard plus! the timing of the animatics as we still find it too fast. i looked through the animatics and we decided to add more frames to slower down the timings.
Adeline helped in adding more frames, but eventually, the timing is still way too fast. well, i guess, next time we should be more particular with the timing ........as that is the obvious weakness MR Ronald and MR Ernest pointed out. well duh we realised , but was a bit too late to re frame it after that
well in short, i've learned a lot. we learn from mistakes, and i shall not repeat those mistakes again in future.
it's a good start to learn from.

till the next time

today is another busy day with us trying our best to settle the animatics and moodboards and collaterals etc. i did one of the moodboards, and helped Greg in improving the other moodboard so it'll look its best. adeline settled on the timing of the animatics and the vcd cover plus the poster. Natalya helped in the powerpoints plus some scanning works. Greg did the end credits and openings plus the audio .

another day is here and as expected,the storyboards are not yet done. therefore we used the precious time to draw the frames fast, while Adeline and Natalya helped with uploading the frames into flash. and now, i'm helping out with one of the moodboards. Greg is doing the other. so anyway,things are going slow as i realised that one can really slow down the group's progress. but oh well, lets hope for the best and try to get everything done by tomorrow .

we met to sort out our roles so that on weekend, work could be done and atleast by monday, we are ready with the animatics.
so basically, Greg and me will be drawing the storyboards. while Adeline did the picking out the frames, and the collaterals. while Natalya will be doing the powerpoint.
everything seems okay, and hopefully, we can finish up the storyboards fast and get settled with the rest on Monday.

Day 1

we're given the assigment brief on the project, well we basically have to pitch for our Jack and Jill assignment. the pitching set consists of

1.moodboard
2.storyboard
3.packaging materials
4.collaterals

so yes anyway, the awesome 4 members are , Adeline, Gregory, Natalya and me, ehem, Rina
we went expo today so only managed to catch up with each other for few minutes. we decided to meet tomorrow , friday at 2 to sort out our roles. unfortunately , Greg is not able to make it, so without wasting much time , we 3 will be meeting tmr neverthless.
i thought of doing the storyboards but we'll discuss with the rest for consideration of roles.
